In order to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings, it is essential that you read our detailed instructions. Donations, subscriptions, and cancellations are fully managed by PayPal and are performed by users within their own PayPal accounts using their credentials, or via a guest PayPal account when using a credit card.

In the case of DONATION

After completing the process, the PayPal gateway automatically redirects you to a single-use web page where you can watch the film of your choice. Do not close any web pages during the donation process.

In the case of SUBSCRIPTION

This is a new feature we offer, allowing you to subscribe on any device to watch our entire documentary collection. The subscription costs 5 USD per month and grants full access to all our films. To subscribe, visit our subscription page. After subscribing you can log in with the same email you used in the PayPal gateway.

To CANCEL the subscription

To cancel the subscription, you need to log into your PayPal account, select Activity, view all your Activity, and within your periodic payments, cancel ours. IMPORTANT: When you cancel the subscription, your user account will be deleted. Please note that after cancelling, we cannot change the status of your subscription, as this process is fully automated through your PayPal account or your PayPal guest account. We advise you not to unsubscribe until the end of the month.

Contributions

These contributions are to cover expenses. We have more than 2,500 top-quality videos, carefully selected by our team to ensure both high interest and excellent quality. We have rented a modern dedicated server with high bandwidth to host all the necessary files. We have re-encoded the video files to make them compatible with all kinds of devices, purchased an SSL certificate, and optimized the routing to your internet connection. Some of the documentaries are unique 3D videos for VR glasses, encoded with a proprietary method. We have found, synced, and added the appropriate subtitles in two languages for almost all the documentaries..
